KCR: Elections in the next three months: KCR’s sensational decision

In what way the treatment that the government is giving is useful for the health department, which has been sick and neglected throughout the state?
KCR: Elections will be held in Telangana in the next three months. The Electoral Commission has already given indirect signals. The Bharat Rashtra Samithi government, which has won twice and is in power, is looking to score a hat-trick by winning a third time. But at present, the Bharat Rashtra Samiti leaders are facing opposition from the people at the field level. Even the government has shown negligence for so many days and is now making populist decisions. The waiving of farmer loans and the merger of RTC with the government fall into this category. It is not known if they were enough, but Chief Minister KCR made a shocking decision.

KCR has already brought sweeping changes to the revenue system. There are reviews that some are good and some are not. Dharani and the abolition of the VRA system are in that category. VRAs have been adjusted in many departments. KCR has recently paved the way for a key change to the revenue system as the elections are three months away. There is information that the RDO (Revenue Division Officers) system will be abolished in Telangana. But what kind of responsibilities they will be given has become a matter of suspense.
According to reliable sources, the government is taking steps to abolish the Revenue Division Officer system in Telangana soon. The revenue division officer positions, which are crucial in the revenue system, will be merged in due course. The government, which has already canceled the VRO and VRA system, plans to cancel the revenue split system. There are 74 revenue divisions in the state. Up to 90 RDO work on it. The government has also given them promotions recently. But it is planned to give new positions to all of them. But it seems that there is a plan to make them administration officers in government hospitals. Currently, superintendents oversee the affairs of government hospitals. However, the management of hospitals is falling apart as the workload on them increases. By appointing RDOs in addition to them, the government hopes that hospital management will be better and patients will receive prompt services. There are medical colleges in 33 districts of the state. 3000 beds are available in them. But, where are the medical services provided to the patient who goes to the hospital? In case of unavailability of medical services, patients have problems because they do not know who to contact. There is the possibility of designating RDO to solve the problems of hospital administration.

State Health Minister Harish Rao has already revealed this in principle in the Legislative Council. In what way the treatment that the government is giving is useful for the health department, which has been sick and neglected throughout the state? Meanwhile, some RDOs are talking about the decision made by the government. If they are sent to the health department, they are raising doubts about how they will solve the income problems.
