The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has officially released the NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2025 Notification for 91 Assistant Manager (Grade A) vacancies. These positions will be filled across various departments, including Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal Service, and Protocol & Security Service.

Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS): 85

Assistant Manager (Legal): 2

Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security): 4

Educational Qualification:

For RDBS posts: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, BBA, BMS, MBA, PGDM, CA, CS, CMA, or PhD in a relevant discipline with at least 60% marks.

For Legal posts: LLB or LLM with a minimum of 60% marks.

For Protocol & Security posts: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Army, Navy, or Air Force.

Age Limit:

RDBS & Legal posts: 21 to 30 years

Protocol & Security posts: 25 to 40 years

Selection Process:

Selection will be done through three stages:

Phase 1: Preliminary Exam (December 20, 2025)

Salary Details:

Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of ₹44,500 per month plus other allowances, ensuring a stable and rewarding career at NABARD.
