Meesho Jobs: Meesho is hiring an experienced Business Analyst_ Central BI at its Bangalore location. As a Business Analyst, you will work to improve the reporting tools, methods, and processes of the team you are assigned to. You will also create and deliver critical weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics for business tracking and management. You will manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritizing them when necessary in the job. You will actively engage with internal partners throughout the organization to meet and exceed customer service levels and KPIs related to transportation. You’ll brainstorm simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems and seamlessly manage projects under your purview. You will maintain great relationships with our users and indeed advocate for them, keeping in mind your team’s business goals.

Functions and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be able to:
Create various algorithms to optimize supply and demand data
Perform analysis and create solutions based on insights captured from data.
Provide information to management and assist in strategic planning.
Analyze metrics, key indicators, and other available data sources to uncover the root causes of process defects
Support business development and help create efficient solution designs and processes
Determine the efficient use of resources.
Investigate and implement cost reduction opportunities.

Eligibility:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA degree in any discipline
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in advanced Excel and advanced SQL (essential): Python is a plus
Understanding of basic statistics and the concept of probability.
Proven problem-solving skills
