Kushi: Tollywood needs a big hit after Baby. Will Vijay do ‘Khushi’?
Kushi: This movie has made the entire Telugu industry very happy. But sadly this movie so far has not been a hit for the industry.
Kushi: ‘Baby’, directed by Sai Rajesh and produced by SKN, starring Anand Devarakonda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, and Viraj Ashwin in lead roles, was released as a short film on July 14 and became a huge box office hit. This low-budget film became the biggest hit by grossing over Rs 90 crores. Celebrities also liked this movie and organized special events to appreciate it.

This movie has made the entire Telugu industry very happy. But sadly this movie so far has not been a hit for the industry. After that, some movies that came with expectations also remained flops. Everyone expected Chiranjeevi Bhola Shankar to come but it turned out to be a disaster. Karthikeya’s recently released film Bedurulanka 2012 has a chance to remain a middling success. Apart from the Tamil movie Jailer, none of our Telugu movies were played after Baby.

At a time like this, the Tollywood industry and the Telugu audience are pinning all their hopes on Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film Khushi. As the film is directed by the love story master Shivanirvana and Samantha plays the heroine, they are confident that this film will definitely be a huge hit.
The currently reeling Telugu box office will be hoping that after Tammudu, Anna Vijaya Devarakonda will save it. And we will have to wait until September 1 to find out if this movie will meet the expectations of the audience.
