Ex-minister Narayana’s bail canceled

Former Minister Narayana’s bail petition has been canceled in the 10th class question document leak incident which created a stir in Andhra Pradesh. The Chittoor Ninth Additional Court has passed judgment in this regard. The court ordered him to surrender to the police before November 30. In this case, the Chittoor court held a hearing on the petition filed to cancel Narayana’s bail. On April 27 this year, the questionnaire from ZDP High School in Nellepalli, Gangadhara, Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District was leaked. The police registered a case about this incident at that time. Chittoor police said at the time that former minister Narayana had a role in it. He was arrested and brought to Chittoor court. However, his lawyers presented evidence in court that he resigned as head of Narayana educational institutions in 2014. The court granted bail at that time. Bail was recently paid.

Class 10 questionnaires are known to have been leaked. Department of School Education Commissioner Suresh Kumar said that the government’s response to this document leak is untrue. He said it was found to be circulating on social media at 11 o’clock. He said that the 10th grade exam started at 9.30 am, so it cannot be considered as an escape. The commissioner said he believes some of them have committed the incident intentionally and will identify them and take appropriate action.

There are rumors that the class 10 quiz was leaked in the Chittoor district. In this context, the authorities were alerted. Commissioner Suresh said the questionnaire from Nandyala Kolimigundla Mandal District Ankireddypalle ZP School was found to be posted on social media. So Strict action will be taken against those responsible. The person who posted the quiz photos on social media has already been arrested.
