Bharat Future City to Create 13 Lakh Jobs in Telangana
Bharat Future City jobs in Telangana: Hyderabad is set to witness a historic transformation with the development of Bharat Future City, a futuristic urban project that promises to generate 13 lakh employment opportunities across multiple sectors. Telangana’s IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu announced that the ambitious project will be built as a world-class zero carbon city spread across 13,500 acres.
Six Mega Districts in Bharat Future City
The Future City is designed to be developed into six specialized urban districts, each focusing on high-growth sectors:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) District
Health and Life Sciences City
Entertainment and Media Zone
Sports and Recreation Hub
Data Centers District
International Education and Research Institutions
These districts are expected to attract massive domestic and global investments, positioning Telangana as a global innovation hub.
Massive Job Creation and Housing Development
The project is expected to employ 13 lakh people through green pharma units, manufacturing zones, research institutes, and entertainment sectors. Residential infrastructure will be developed for nearly 9 lakh people, creating large-scale opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
Key Infrastructure Highlights
The government has announced several world-class features for the city:
- 400 acres allocated for data centers, with construction expected to begin by February
- Launch of Young India Skills University programs from next month
- International-standard convention and exhibition centers
- Adventure parks and luxury star hotels
- Smart public transport systems built for future mobility
- Urban forests for green and sustainable living
- Green & Zero Carbon Smart City Vision
- Bharat Future City is being designed as a fully sustainable and zero-carbon urban model:
- Complete rainwater harvesting system
- Groundwater conservation measures
- Wildlife sanctuary planned with Reliance Foundation’s Vantara project
- Advanced research centers in life sciences and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing
