Good News for Devotees: Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan Without Token in Tirumala from January 2 to 8
Tirumala Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan 2024–25: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced major updates for the upcoming Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan at the Tirumala Srivari Temple. Devotees visiting between December 30 to January 8 will see significant changes in the darshan process, especially regarding tokens, special quotas, and VIP darshan rules.
Tirumala Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan 2024–25: Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan Starts December 30
TTD Chairman BR Naidu confirmed that Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan will be open for devotees for ten days. The first three days—December 30, December 31, and January 1—are reserved only for online pre-registered devotees.
General tokens will NOT be issued on these three days.
Free Darshan Without Token for General Devotees (January 2–8)
From January 2 to January 8, TTD will provide Sarva Darshan through Vaikuntha Queue Complex-2 without issuing any tokens. Devotees can directly join the queue lines and proceed for Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan.
This new system is aimed at helping ordinary devotees have easier darshan during the busy Vaikuntha Ekadasi season.
Daily Ticket Quotas from January 2 to 8
✔ 15,000 Special Entry Darshan (SED) Tickets Daily
The Rs.300 SED tickets will be available every day from January 2–8.
✔ 1,000 Srivani Trust Tickets Daily
Both quotas will be released online on December 5:
Srivani Darshan – 10:00 am
Rs.300 SED Darshan – 3:00 pm
❌ Special Darshans Cancelled for 10 Days
From December 30 to January 8, the following are fully cancelled:
Children’s darshan
Senior citizens darshan
Disabled darshan
Defense personnel darshan
NRI darshan
All other special categories
Sarva Darshan Tokens Suspended in Tirupati
From December 30 to January 8, TTD will not issue Sarva Darshan tokens at any counters in Tirupati due to heavy rush during Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan.
Local Devotees Darshan on January 6–8
Locals from Tirupati, Renigunta, Chandragiri and Tirumala will get darshan under a special locals quota.
5,000 tokens per day
4,500 for Tirupati/Chandragiri/Renigunta
500 for Tirumala locals

Booking mode: 1+3
VIP Darshan Only for Protocol Visitors
TTD has strictly announced that VIP break darshan from December 30 to January 8 will be allowed only for protocol dignitaries who come in person.
Recommendation letters will not be accepted during these days.
All Arjitha Sevās are cancelled for the entire period.
Darshan for Donors
TTD has provided separate darshan quotas for donors:
Donors of ₹1 crore and above
125 persons per day
Available from December 30 to January 8
Donors of ₹1 lakh to ₹99 lakh
1,000 persons daily on December 30–31
2,000 persons daily from January 1–8
All donor tickets will be released online on December 5 at 10 am.
TTD Appeals for Cooperation
TTD requested devotees to follow all guidelines, cooperate with the new arrangements, and plan their pilgrimage accordingly due to the expected huge crowds during the Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan period.
