Keerthy Suresh’s clarification on Yellamma movie: Devi okay, Nithin not okay? Latest Telugu cinema buzz!
Keerthy Suresh Yellamma movie update: After scoring national recognition with Balagam, director Venu Eldandi planned his second project titled “Yellamma”. However, this movie has been struggling to take off for almost two years. Several changes in the cast have led to major confusion among fans and film circles.
Nithin Out… Devi Sri Prasad In?
Initially, star hero Nani was linked to the film. But once he shifted focus to The Paradise, the project moved to Nithin. After Nithin’s film Thammudu failed at the box office, producer Dil Raju reportedly decided to replace the hero.
That’s when surprising news surfaced — Devi Sri Prasad may make his debut as a full-fledged hero in Yellamma. Film insiders claim the movie could start with DSP in the lead, but the production team has not yet issued a formal announcement.
Keerthy Suresh Steps Back!
The female lead in Yellamma is said to be a highly impactful character. Initially, the team approached Sai Pallavi, but her packed schedule with Ramayana led to availability issues. Then Keerthy Suresh was brought on board and even confirmed her participation when Nithin was the hero.
But with the hero change once again, Keerthy has now clarified during Telugu promotions of Revolver Rita that she is not doing Yellamma anymore.
Who Will Be the Final Hero & Heroine?
With DSP’s involvement still unclear and Keerthy exiting the movie, fans are eagerly waiting for a final announcement:
Will Devi Sri Prasad be launched as the hero?
Who will play the Yellamma role now?
When will Venu Eldandi’s second movie officially begin?
Only the production team can clear these doubts with a proper update soon.
