Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following:
BE/B.Tech with a valid NET/GATE Qualification, or
Post Graduation (PG) in Science discipline
Age Limit
Applicants must be:
18 to 28 years
SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation
OBC: 3 years age relaxation
DRDO JRF Salary 2025
Selected candidates will receive:
â‚ą37,000/- per month stipend
Free accommodation
Other applicable allowances as per DRDO norms

The selection for these JRF posts will be conducted through an interview only.
