Big Shock for AP Secretariat Employees: Fake Certificate Scandal Puts AHA Jobs at Risk
A major controversy has erupted in Andhra Pradesh after fake certificates were reportedly used to secure Animal Husbandry Assistant (AHA) jobs in village and ward secretariats. The government has now launched a large-scale investigation, sparking fear among employees who may lose their positions if irregularities are confirmed.
Fake Certificates Discovered in AHA Recruitment
During the earlier YSRCP government, a massive recruitment drive was held to fill various posts in the newly launched village and ward secretariat system. Among these, the AHA posts attracted many aspirants.
However, recent inquiries have revealed that several individuals allegedly secured these posts using fake educational certificates, especially from institutions in neighboring states.
The State Veterinary Council reportedly identified multiple discrepancies and alerted the government, triggering a deeper probe.
Eligibility Shortage Led to Misuse
The qualification requirements for Animal Husbandry Assistants include:
10th standard (SSC)
Diploma in veterinary or dairy fields
Because there were not enough eligible candidates, the government issued multiple notifications. Authorities now believe that some candidates misused this opportunity by producing fake diplomas to claim eligibility.
Investigation Intensifies: Hundreds Under Scrutiny
According to internal reports, the government has already identified hundreds of employees who allegedly used fake certificates to secure AHA jobs.
A silent and detailed investigation has been ongoing, gathering:
Educational backgrounds
Verification of the institutions mentioned
Authenticity of issued certificates
Certificate Verification Likely Today
A crucial meeting of the Veterinary Council is scheduled for Monday. All Animal Husbandry Assistants will be required to:
Submit their original certificates
Provide details of the colleges they studied in
Confirm whether the institutions actually exist
Validate whether the certificates were legitimately issued
If the certificates are proven to be fake, officials have hinted that the employees will definitely lose their jobs.
Will Employees Be Terminated?
Current discussions within the government indicate that:
Anyone found using fake certificates will be removed from service.
Further legal action may also be considered depending on the severity of the fraud.
The final decision will come after the council meeting and full verification process.
What Happens Next?
The state is waiting for the official announcement from the Veterinary Council. With the probe revealing large-scale malpractice, this could become one of the biggest job fraud cases in the AP secretariat recruitment history.
